Manual Flush Switch For RO Membrane

How Reverse Osmosis Flush Valves Work ?
Flush valves are used on some on all RO units but not all. If you have a standard RO system, it probably doesn't have one.
The use of the flush system is to help prevent scaling or polluting of the RO membrane by providing a speedy rinse which washes away impurities and makes the membrane clean.
Standard RO system units are not normally fitted with flush valves, but these manual flash kits can be easily added. Flush valve are commonly manually controlled, but electronic flush valves can also be used for RO units.
The Manual flush valve noticeably increases the service life of the membranes in RO systems and increases the control between production and necessary flushing gaps. The interval flushing ensures that there are no deposits on the membrane surface as is frequently the case with traditional production phases.
